Refund Policy

No Return or Refunds can be claimed on customized products. In general, returns may be accepted and refunds issued for hair products only if they are found to be incorrect. If you received the incorrect item and if you like to return it then you must email us within 2 business days of receiving the order and the shipping costs of returned goods will be borne by LEVEL 21 SALON. All items must be returned in their original packaging to LEVEL 21 SALON and LEVEL 21 SALON accept no returns or refunds on opened or tampered goods (the hair extensions have been tried on or worn and or colored/dyed or any alteration to the original product). All other "eligible" products have a policy that is valid for a period of 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase. If you would like to return those product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. Please note that if the period of 14 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund.

Refund Requirements

  • Product is defective

  • Product is not as described

  • Product must be in original packaging

  • Product must be unused

  • Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.

Proof Of Purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be

Exchange Items 

We can give exchanges to products that has never been opened in original state after 2 days of the delivery date. *** Only those items that are "eligible".

Custom Items

There are no refunds on any custom items / products that are ordered by customer unless the problem is due to our responsibility or mistake.

Shipping Items

In order to return an order, you must contact us first and obtain and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.

Returns can be mailed to: LEVEL 21 SALON, 4701 TIDWELL RD STE 500, HOUSTON, TX, 77016. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will refund the shipping costs upon receiving the items.

You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

All refunds will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES 

 

 Exchanges are not allowed on customized products. Exchanges may be offered if incorrect products are shipped.  For incorrect products, shipping costs of returned goods and all additional return shipping & handling charge is borne by LEVEL 21 SALON.  Exchanges MAY be offered at LEVEL 21 SALONS’ sole discretion for some products (Remy Pure Natural Textures) & shipment Cost needs to be paid by the buyer along with any other additional charges incurred by LEVEL 21 SALON to arrange for the exchange.  Additional restocking fee of 20% also may apply.

PROCEDURE TO REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE

 

You must e-mail us at support@level21salon.com within 2 business days of receiving the shipment with your reasons for return.  Requests for return received after 2 business days of receiving your order may not be valid.  LEVEL 21 SALON will try our best to make sure that all requests for exchanges are handled in a fair and reasonable manner. Once approved, you should send back the hair extension products or hand them over to us personally, without undue delay. Once the goods are received, LEVEL 21 SALON at its sole discretion will review and verify your claims and once we are able to establish that your request is justified will send the new products to you. Product must be exchanged for something of equal or greater value. LEVEL 21 SALON will dispatch the exchange items using the same delivery service. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your Exchange request. You can contact us anytime if we need to expedite your request and we promise we will do our best to speed up the process.

Please do not return the items without contacting us. You must obtain the return authorization email prior to returning the item(s) to LEVEL 21 SALON.
